3 OF THE BEST EXERCISES TO GET RID OF FLABBY ARMS Flabby arms are as unattractive as a jiggly tummy. They make you look aged, unfit, and uncool. The flabby arms can make your entire outfit go in waste even if you have a good figure. Therefore you will lose confidence and will feel bad about your body image.

1. TRICEPS DIPS
The easy exercise is for women who are working at home and do not get time to go to the gym or hire a trainer. Don’t worry, take a chair and put your arms on it and elevate your feet at the same time. Put your feet and legs straight as if you are sitting with the help of your hands. Your body must be at 90 degrees angled with your elbows.

2. PUSH-UPS
This exercise is for chest but makes your triceps as well. It gives you strength as well. Start by facing the ground, lie down, and put your palms on the ground and your back straight after putting weight on your feet and palms. Keeping lowering until your chest is about to touch the ground. Start inhaling and exhaling in this position.

3. TRICEP EXTENSIONS
It is a wonderful exercise to help you get rid of your arm flab. Stand straight and put water bottles in your hands; keep your arms straight facing upwards. And bend the lower arms till your elbows backward. Keep your elbows locked all-time close to your ears.
