9 month old baby has Infantile spasms

9 month old baby Evelyn having infantile spasms on 9/17/19. First 20 minute EEG after the spasms was normal. Two weeks later overnight EEG showed severe bilateral cerebral dysfunction with a diagnosis of infantile spasms. Spasms at first were in clusters of 5 or 6 at a time and after a few weeks progressed to 39 at a time. Spasms only occurred after waking up from short naps
