I do not have the backstory however , from what i was able to hear, it sounded as if this Man and his spouse were separated at some point in the night and hes feeling uneasy about where she may be or who she may have left with. Id like to highlight this Officer and her partner for honoring their oath to uphold and protect my civil liberties and ignoring my cameras and respecting my right to record them while they are in public in their offical capasity pursuant to 148(G) PC, protected by the 1st amendment of the US constitution.
