On Aug 25th, 2019 I chalked out a plan on reaching my desired weight of 60kilos that equates to a daily recommended intake of 1320 calories - The prerequisite variables' were already there! I have to rid myself of the additional 68lbs of fatcells. Well after much research and scientific deliberations, A strategy was outlined.

Since there is an additional 68lbs - I reckoned there is no point - consuming - fat or protein packed foods for starters. There is some amount of excess body fluid that makes us look bulgy or out shape - to be honest - the win win way would be - something like the one I am currently following.

First I had identified - the excess weight that needs shedding. - To get that underway - I charted a seven day plan. Which will continue way past ketosis; then meeting its target weight margin, This phase, I call - "Detox and Stabilizing" during this time - Sunday - Tuesday-Thursday are allocated for Intermittent fasting of 16 hours, followed by a single meal, also known as One Meal A Day (OMAD)- This fast-breaking meal can contain green- low carb vegetables, small portions of fish - eggs and lemon juice. - mixed salad. few nuts - but has to be insync to your 1320 calorie slot.

As for Monday-Wednesday-Friday are normal days - where - the 1320 calories will be dominated with green - spinach - vegetables - fish - eggs and lemon juice, mixed salad
of proportion sizes. Chia or tookmaria smoothie yogurt, coconut slivers.

Saturday will be a 50% fasting period, with a 50% combination of - two moderate meals with lot water intake.

Well - this is my approach to the Keto - living, which also includes walking and trekking hilly terrains when there is an opportunity.

The "Detox and Stabilizing" phase is not about excessive protein or fat intake its about getting rid of what fat your body already inconveniences you.

Once - the "Detox and Stabilizing" is leveraging off; that is the moment when you - start off with Intermittent fasting of 16 hours followed by a single meal or known as One Meal A Day (OMAD) once a week and continue with the calorie intake of 1320 to maintain the weight matrix.

Since August 25th - weighing 200lbs or nearly 91 kilos - I have had 2 alternate days with (Intermittent fasting of 16 hours followed by a single meal, also known as One Meal A Day (OMAD)- and one single day had 3 meals- which was within the 1320 calorie limit.

Right now - I am expecting the loss of body fluids "ONLY"- so what were the results? Well on Sunday - Aug 25th - it was 200lbs or 91 kilo to Aug 27th down to 194lbs or 88.5 kilos.

It takes ample amount of time, patience and enough effort - ITS not courage that gets you there - the point where you want to feel comfortable is the effort and details you implement. So, You may ask, what meal-plan, or food ingredients I initially wish to consume for starters? - I am going with the following - where I provide a rough estimate of - weight and calories - also some amount of carb contents. (Most are measured in 100 grams/1 cup) Please note as for related health conditions - you must consult your health care - nutritionist. (I have addressed medical issues apart from the fact, those that I experienced personally - which also serves as a disclaimer)

Your body type - digestive processes - nutrient consumption - fasting, timing, impulses, monitoring, physical activities, hormone, sleep, stress, blood-pressure, insulin - blood-sugar levels, and many other factors regulate the transformation process - note - research and experiment what works better with your health.

For now - It's just a mild wake-up call - and the menu will be kept simple - but these combined, can churn up fancy dishes .

Avoid - all the processed foods and energized drinks - try locally harvested produce- - and drinking water.
