The talk explains who can be a bhakta and who can teach it. This is based on the 1st sutra. Narada Bhakti Sutras is a very important work in Bhakti literature. It systematically organises the great path of devotion, away from beliefs, irrationality, faith and hocus pocus. Based on the ancient traditions of love for God, its approach is very similar to the ultimate sacred book of the devotees, Srimad Bhagavatam.
