The Companies (Amendment) Act, 2019

The first session of the 17th Lok Sabha elections had 37 sittings of total 280 hours. It has been the most productive session since year 1952. As many as 35 bills were passed while 33 were introduced in the Lower House including many historical ones. One of the important bills passed and amended in Lok Sabha is the Companies Amendment Act, 2019.
