The cinematic pieces come from 3 different games, the dracolich attacking the city is from the Dungeons and Dragons MMORPG called "Neverwinter". Hence, that video is perfectly canon as to how the dragon looks and behaves; the woman accompanying the dragon is a lich hiding under magic.

The cinematic with the adventurers defeating cultists is (i believe) also from the same MMO, but a particular expansion of the game. It is from the Hoard of the Dragonqueen and Rise of Tiamat storyline.

The cinematic with the ice skeletal dragon is from World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King cinematic.
