Day 389 - What are you going to commit to? When we make those commitments we need to know why we are doing it. Is it for us or someone else? If it’s going to stick you have got to do it for you!
You are deciding in that moment the type of person you want to evolve into, so when things are hard you can go back and visit the reasons why you wanted to commit to a certain course of action.
