The Witcher 3 has one big problem. The world is built to feel alive and breathing, and as though it functions independent of the player and their actions while being impacted by said actions. Like I've said before, your decisions can influence whether someone gets sentenced to death, at which point you can find them and free them if you catch them in time. If you fail, you'll come back later and find them dead. BUT all this goes out the window when it comes to one mechanic and that's what we're talking about today and we're going to address what this problem means for the open world design of Cyberpunk 2077.
