A Week in My Life as a High School SENIOR. (ft. Apple Watch)

A Week in My Life as a High School SENIOR. (ft. Apple Watch) Yoooo finally.
I bought myself an Apple watch!
Make sure to watch it until the end to hear what I REALLY think about the watch🤔

Also, I decided to use the CC tool on YouTube to add English and Korean subtitles for this video. I've been thinking about different ways I could improve my videos and grow my channel into something I want. As I document myself trying to live my best life, I want to be able to upload quality videos consistently and reach more people around the world. In order for me to do that, I wanted to try different editing styles to find the one that I can keep up with and that won't exhaust me. I never want to take subtitles away because I want my videos to be accessible to everyone who comes across them. However, they do take about (average) 8-15 hours per vlog if I were to add them ON the videos while I'm editing my videos on Final Cut Pro. When I started my channel, there weren't many English-speaking Korean-American YouTubers, making videos for big Korean audiences so I didn't know who to follow once it came to editing and adding subtitles. So I set the bar high for myself by adding Korean and English subtitles in all of my videos. And I think that has become the standard for most English-speaking, Korean-American YouTubers. Now, I don't want to be the weak one to give up or say that it's too much for me to handle because I have been handling it fine. However, it has been exhausting me and burning out my motivation to make videos. Also, as my channel grows, I don't want the subtitles to make people think that my videos are made for "foreigners" or "non-English speakers." (as unfortunate as it sounds, it's true that written form of Asian languages can be overwhelming and intimidating). I'm so thankful to have grown my channel over the years with the help of my Korean audience but I want to try breaking out of my shell to reach more American viewers to represent Asian-American teens in the States :) I'm so sorry for beating around the bush. Long story short, I just wanted to try something new. I do value YOUR opinions the most though. So let me know you think!!
Love you all💓
