Whoop is a fitness and activity tracker that can give you valuable insights into your sleep patterns, training, performance and recovery.
Designed to be worn 24 hours a day, Whoop can track your sleep stages, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, respiratory rate and more.
Boasting a 5-day battery life, the whoop can locally store data for up to three days without requiring a connection to your phone. The device also offers on-the-go charging, so it doesn’t need to be removed to be charged.
