COAST TO COAST AM - Investigative researcher Paul Bartholomew spoke about Bigfoot and cryptozoological sightings in his native New York state, and the New England area. In 2004, he wrote and lobbied for legislation to create a protective habitat for Bigfoot or Sasquatch in his hometown of Whitehall, New York, which has had a long history of hairy bipedal creature sightings. While a body of a Bigfoot has never been found, there is strong evidence from castings, audio recordings of unexplained vocalizations, and eyewitness testimony of law enforcement officials, he cited. One such Whitehall officer, Dan Gordon, kept silent about his sighting for years, until he finally shared his account for several documentaries, even taking a polygraph test to show he was telling the truth, Bartholomew detailed.
