Carlo Ancelotti is reportedly keen to take over at Arsenal having been strongly linked with the role at the Emirates. Arsenal are searching for a new boss after sacking Unai Emery last month with Freddie Ljungberg currently in caretaker charge. Ancelotti had already been linked with the role following Emery’s dismissal but speculation has increased after he was sacked by Napoli. The Serie A side showed the former Chelsea boss the door despite leading them to the Champions League knock-out stages. And the Mirror claim that Ancelotti would be interested in the Arsenal job with the Gunners going through their shortlist. It’s reported that Ancelotti likes London and would be a good fit for Arsenal given their current struggles.
