An important part of Victoria's integrity system is the ability for anyone to report serious wrongdoing in the public sector, including public interest disclosures (PIDs). A PID can be made by anyone, including the public, employees of departments or other public sector agencies, police officers, council employees, and any contractor or consultant engaged by these agencies.
