
TOP THREE TIPS:
1. Write the goal daily!
2. Write the steps required to accomplish the goal! (i.e. Monday's Morning Meeting).
3. Write down the reward you will get when you accomplish the goal!
Goal Setting:
***Writing down your goals on a daily basis makes them easy to remember. If you want to remember it, write it down.Writing the steps required to accomplish the goal will help ease the process and allow you to see things you would otherwise forget (i.e. Monday's Morning Meeting). Saying YES to your goals means saying NO to things that use to fill the space that the goals is now using (i.e. time with friends, watching TV, movie/date night). Therefore, creating a reward will help you remember that by working on your goals each week, you can go on a date or hang out with friends on Sat for a few hours, etc.
