Gov’t appoints panel to select Intergovernmental Relations and Technical Committee

The devolution ministry has appointed a panel to select members of the Intergovernmental Relations and Technical Committee, previously chaired by Prof. Karega Mutahi. This after the expiry of the term of the current office holders.
The committee which took over from the Transition Authority, is tasked with aiding transition to the devolved system of governance. The selection panel will be co-chaired by Antony Gatungo and Kisii Governor James Ongwae. Devolution CS Eugene Wamalwa and Council of Governors Chairman Wycliffe Oparanya lauded the previous team, for a job well done.
