Guided Meditation: Finding Your Way Through Grief Grief can overwhelm you, and leave you with little interest in focusing on yourself. This meditation reminds you that you should allow yourself to grieve, but you have to care for yourself in the process. Take a few minutes to breathe deeply to the sound of waves breaking on the shoreline to relax your mind and body.
