Jammu and Kashmir police chief Dilbagh Singh has said that sacking of arrested police officer Davinder Singh has been recommended. NDTV's Ravish Kumar asks if the police have been able to find out about Davinder Singh's possible involvement in any acts of terror in the past. Is suspension the only price to be paid by a senior police officer who may have had a role in the 2001 parliament attack?
