In this Lecture, Keen summarizes his critique of macroeconomics and shows his approach of modelling monetary macroeconomic models using his software 'Minsky'. In the Q&A part, he also covers outlook on the current state of debt levels, his critique of the current Climate Economics, represented by W. Nordhaus' DICE model and the modelling of shadow banks with the Minsky software.
Prof. Steve Keen is an Australian economist and author. He famously predicted the financial crash of 2007/2008 and lectured as Head of the School of Economics, History and Politics at Kingston University.
