Wichita Man Calls Himself The Joker And Threatens Mayor Brandon Whipple, Police Chief Gordon Ramsay

A Wichita man was arrested for threatening a LEO and criminal threats. This is the video Jaccoy Randall posted to his Facebook account. In the video, Randall refers to himself as the Joker and threatens multiple people including, Wichita Mayor Brandon Whipple, Police Chief Gordon Ramsay, former mayor Carl Brewer, a former neighbor Shani Howe, and a list of other people. Randall brandishes a gun and other weapons during the video.
