Bobi Wine consultations blocked again

The Uganda police once again blocks presidential aspirant Robert Kyagulanyi from conducting voter consultation meetings. In a letter dated February 18, 2020 signed by Inspector General of Police John martin Okoth Ochola, the police insists the presidential aspirant has not yet been cleared.
Activists have reacted to the police communication saying the force is being used to create an unleveled playing ground to suffocate rivals of the incumbent.
