Chinar Corps Commander Lt General KJS Dhillon said that on Saturday the Hizbul Mujahideen and Jaish-e-Mohammed's (JeM) top leadership, other than one terrorist, has been eliminated from Kashmir Valley as of today. "Anyone who picks up guns in Kashmir will be eliminated, unless they surrender. This is a message to all the mothers of Kashmir,” he said.
