The clinical presentation includes dyspnea (40%), recurrent pulmonary infection (37%), and hemoptysis (20%)
In most cases, the interrupted PA is on the side opposite the aortic arch: absent right PA with a left-sided aortic arch and vice versa
Interruption of the PA is commonly associated with patent ductus arteriosus.
Interruption of the left PA is commonly associated with tetralogy of Fallot , truncus arteriosus, and other congenital heart diseases
