Langrisser M - Luna 3C - Wind God Realm - Unlocking and Skill Breakdown

Luna has one of the more complex and confusing 3C skills. Here is how it works

Update: Here are 2 additional case examples that were asked about.
Case 1: For Bozel, Rachel, Listell, and Feraquea in their Flyer classes, they function just like Altemuller. If they bring flying soldiers (e.g. Sorceress), Luna won't affect them. If they bring non-flying soldiers, they will get the the "2 tiles of "free" movement effect".
Case 2: Sky Archers are flyers, and change the hero into the "Flying" move type, so any hero with sky archers doesn't get any benefit from Luna's Wind God Realm.

In conclusion: as long as EITHER the soldiers or hero is not a flyer, Wind God Realm's "free movement" effect increase will trigger. If both soldiers & hero are flyers, then the Wind God Realm mobility does nothing!
