It is a loopy border gives the fancy look to any project whether it is a coat, sweater, jacket , muffler or shawl. I have made loops with help of finger. Size of loop can be varied as personal preference. If you want to make small loop then wind thread around one finger and if you want longer loops then wind around two fingers.
