1 stick of butter
2 to 3 stalks of celery-chopped
1 onion- chopped
1 teaspoon of ground sage
8 oz. package of sliced button mushrooms
3 to 4 cups of chicken broth
In a kettle over medium heat melt butter and sauté your celery and onion for 3 minutes.
Then add you sliced mushrooms, and continue to sauté for 5 minutes, until mushrooms have leaked out there juices, and the water has evaporated.
Now turn off the burner.
Add your sage and chicken broth and mix to combine everything.
Now spray a casserole dish with cooking spray, and pour your stuffing mixture into that pan.
Bake at 350 F. For 20 to 30 minutes.
