(Disclaimer: My intention is not to show off or brag) I'm merely sharing my happiness in seeing the look of pure joy and excitement in my parents' faces. There's nothing more satisying than being able to gice your parents the best and making them happy.
My brother and I decided to get them a new car bcs the current one they're using is slowly breaking down and is always in the shop every other month. They never complain about wanting a new car, but yet they still go to work everyday (my mum runs a stall) and work hard. All these years they've given us so much - we try our best to repay them by taking them on trips and giving them gifts but this time we just wanted to gift then something meaningful. We planned these for a few months and it took a few trips back and forth to my hometown to settle all of this.
Few days ago, my husband and I made the surprise trip back (my brother was already home) and the three of us went to the car dealership (my car dealer guy was such a helpful guy too!) to finally get the car. We didn't have a solid plan (as you can see in the video) and just decided to surprise them at their shop. The outcome was great and we loved seeing their surprised looks!
