ESO | Skill Delay Issues | Dragonhold and Harrowstorm DLC

I played the audio loud in this clip so that you can hear the skills that I am firing, while the skills aren't actually firing. Some of these clips(like the middle one) are the worst case scenario where nothing works. The first and third clip, the game was working until I got into combat.

This video is in response to this forum post from the game developers: . Skill delay has been happening on xbox since early February, so the new patch is not the culprit. Since these clips are from xbox, addons are not the issue either. I could pull similar clips from PC, but I figured this was enough of a test.
