This is what I eat to drop some pounds. Its quick, cheap and delicious!
"Sugar" Substitute:
Drizzle Recipe: -Its a frosting recipe, I added more milk to thin it out. I replaced the sugar with the substitute linked above. Also replaced the cornstarch with arrowroot powder to cut back on some of the carbs but totally not necessary.
Salmon glaze marinade: -I replaced the sugar with the substitute and the bourbon with vanilla extract. It calls for 3 tablespoons of bourbon, I used 3 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
I use the lifesum app to track all my food.
