I Maxed My POH Using the Fastest Method Possible! Cost and EXP Analysis [OSRS]

Hey guys, and welcome back to another main account video. In the last episode I maxed my cooking by with the bake pie spell. Today I decided I would do something objectively more useful than getting another 99. That is maxing my Player Owned House!

My POH has been in a pretty bad state for a long time now. So I thought its time to not only upgrade it, but fully max it. To do this I will need around level 83 construction. This is going to be fairly expensive, but I think I should have enough money. I will be using the most expensive construction method (Mahogany Planks). I will also be explaining how much this entire process costs, and how long it takes!
