*I have never used any Tosh Time content on my channel and never will; it isn't a fit for my taste and how I would like to run my channel with love. Her "Cease and Desist" was built on a lie. She in-fact did have a cease and desist but it was because she wanted her name out of the video titles where I defended myself from her bullying. She used a lawyer who did not sign off on the cease and desist which VOIDED the order. I have also NEVER lied on or Defamed, Doxxed, Bullied, Harrassed, Spoken ill of her deceased mother, Put enormous amounts of Dislikes on Any of her videos or issued any Death Threats to the owner of the Tosh Time YouTube Channel, "Tosh Time" Herself or her "Brand." However, I did contact YouTube for assistance because of her constant bullying that has gone on for almost 3 years and will do so whenever I feel I need to*
