1.one or more one arm pull ups.
2. Complete 10+ muscle ups.
3. Juggle a soccer ball over 500 kicks/taps w/out dropping the ball to the ground.
This first week I am going to train on muscle up technique and basic strength (12+ toe to bar, 12 pull ups -good form tho-, 25 sec legs raise holds and of course the starting technique for muscle ups, for 1 arm pulls ups I am going to work on getting some basic and muscle memory and for the soccer ball juggling I am going to train every day for an hour or until I reach 1500 kicks, whichever comes first.
