Aaron for howtosbybros in this video I was telling you how to run fast without getting tired for kids so this works for all ages but specifically it works well for kids so this is just one exercise you can do to run faster without getting tired so specifically just had to run faster so what you're going to need for this is a place with a solid wall make sure it's not just like drywall like your house wall or else you might push a hole through it make sure it's a wall like this over here so and then make sure you haven't been preferably a good wall a solid wall and then preferably a soft ground okay so like you know grass would be fine I'm so old I read into it is you're going to put your hands on the wall right just like this going around a 45° angle so you don't want to be straight against the wall like this but you don't want to be like maybe around a 45 degree angle and what we're going to do is practice arcs Drive sub the best and they bring their knees up again and they're obviously the harder you die the harder you hit the ground in the quicker you hit the ground the faster you going to go obviously so we're going to practice that so what you going to do is there a 45 degree angle and just practice bring your knees up as quick as you can so just like this and do that for a 15 seconds and arrest for 30 seconds to that 10 times this playlist to watch more of our videos and thank you so much hit that subscribe button and hit that notification sound for more videos God bless
