The Advent Anniversary if Sri Parankush swamiji was celebrated blissfully at Omkar Ram Janaki Asram in Tarakeswar. The devotees of Thakur and Parankush swamiji proceeded from Asram to Baba Taraknath temple with Nagar kirtan, flooding the lanes of Tarakeswar and the temple premises with blissful Tarakbrahma Mahamantra. After returning to Asram, there was Prarthana and holy chantings by Tridandi Swami Keshav Ramanuj Jeor (one of the Sanyasi disciples of Parankush swamiji).
We had delicious Prasadam, after which Sudipta Mukherjee mesmerized us with ecstatic Nam kirtan. Then the monthly 'Anudhyan' commenced with the tunes of 'Jayo Jayo Gurudeva bidhi' sung by Kinkar Sadhan Da. Leenadi rendered a blissful hymn portraying Parankus swamiji's Advent, and Sudipta Bhai recited a poem composed by Parankush swamiji. Sri Arunava Sen, Sri Ashok Dutta, Sumantada and other devotees reminisced the glory of Thakur and Parankush swamiji.
The whole day was drenched in Pure bliss.
