T.R.A.I.N.I.N.G Bitch when I tell you my last heels intensive was NO JOKE. this is a little taste of my across the floors exercises during my last heels intensive in Los Angeles a couple weeks ago.
NEXT LEVEL SHIT I don’t play!!!!! A huge thank you to every students that send their submissions to be part of my intensive and please if you didn't get picked this time, try again next time! Can’t wait for the next one already. I love being in the studio with 20 dancers only and training the hell out of them for 5 days LOVE IT!
