The acquisition of water in South Africa is becoming almost impossible... because there isn't any. That's the word from the Water Department, speaking at a symposium on water resource management in East and Southern Africa.
The meeting comes at a time that the Eastern Cape and Northern Cape are receiving emergency drought aid, Gauteng's water usage is restricted, and the summer rains are elusive with dam levels continuing to drop.
