PH lawmaker: Military fabricating stories | Matters of Fact

The Philippine military is fabricating stories to link progressive groups to the communist movement. That's according to Bayan Muna party-list representative Carlos Zarate. Zarate also accuses the military of planting evidence to pin leftist activists to communist rebels.
