Carrie Lam, chief executive of China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), said that it would take time for the anti-mask law to be effectively implemented during a weekly news conference on Tuesday.
She also mentioned that Hong Kong people's support for the anti-mask law is absolutely necessary.
