Representing Sign Language | How To Express Facial Expressions in Sign Language on Page

There is a problem while incorporating aspects of facial expressions that contribute to message in signs.
A solution for this problem is to write one line of manually signed words (in capital letters) and then, above this line, indicate the nature and extent of the facial expression that contributes to the message.
