Supreme Court: Rafale को clean chit, Sabrimala और मस्जिदों में औरतों का प्रवेश और Rahul को डांट

Even as tenure of CJI Ranjan Gogoi nears completion, Supreme Court of India delivered several key decisions:
- Sabrimala Temple case referred to a larger, 7 judge bench. The court will now decide whether ladies may enter any religious place (including Sabrimala and mosques).
- Rafale deal found legally sound, all review petitions demanding inquiry into the fighter jet purchase were dismissed.
- Rahul Gandhi was spared with a warning in case of contempt of court (Chaukidar Chor hai case).
Highlights:
- Swami Vivekananda statue defiled in Jawaharlal Nehru University campus.
