Shamay shares how many home educators including herself work so hard to ensure our children are 'socialized' that they find that they themselves are UN-SOCIALIZED home educators. They are not connected to other homeschooling families, not connected to 'the real world' nor do they have relationships to draw strength from on this homeschooling journey. She shares what she did to make sure this STOPPED occurring for her as well as what we all need to ensure is in place as not to experience this as home educators. Shamay became VERY proactive in this regards to change and avoid the un-socialized home educator. She built a village.
