01.20 2 minutes plank (switch after one minute to elbows).

03.44 Table position (one arm and one leg up)
05.19 shoulder isolation
06.38 slow push ups

(ABS)
07.47 l-Sit (on the floor)
08.55 l-Sit
(Grab a stick)
09.48 v-sit (on floor)
10.16 stretch for the lower back
11.08 lay down. Stretch arms and legs and pull them up.
