How to Join (For starters)

Once you have the IP (PLAY.REALMS-MINECRAFT.NET), start Minecraft, click Multiplayer, and finally click Add Server.
There will be two text boxes, Server Name and Server Address. Put whatever you want in the Server Name field, as that is how it will be listed in the Multiplayer screen for your Minecraft. Now type in the IP you found earlier into the Server Address box, and confirm your entries by clicking done.
You will be taken back to the server list. The Realm should appear on that list with the name you selected and should have the green bars at the right that signify it is online.
You can now join the Realm by either selecting it and hitting Join Server, clicking the arrow on the server's icon, or by double-clicking on the server's name. Normally, you will then be brought directly into the Realm.
