When Manning exits, after 16 years, those in the building and within the franchise will be left with indelible memories of Eli the quarterback, No. 10, and Eli the person. Here are some of those memories:  Allison Stangeby, vice president of community and corporate relations:  “We go to the hospital and he doesn’t want cameras, he doesn’t want anybody there, he just wants to walk around, see the kids, the parents and that’s it. There’s no fanfare. The kids in the hospital are sick and they’re shy. The other thing is, Eli’s shy.  “You know what gets me? When you have to tell him the kid has passed away. Had to do it a few weeks ago, a child up in Hackensack. Eli went up to see him, the child at that point was sedated, 17-year old boy from Bergen County. I got word he passed away. So I called Eli and said ‘I want to let you know the boy you went to go visit passed away and I’m going to send flowers from all of us.’ There have been times he’s said ‘No, I will send them on my own.’ When you tell him he’ll look at you like ‘It’s not right, it’s just not right.’ Or when you tell him a child was buried in his jersey. Eli processes it now and as father — how do you process that? It’s impossible. You can see his whole demeanor, you can see it his eyes. Now that he has kids, I think that’s a game-changer. It changes your perspective on everything. Daniel [Jones]. I’m looking forward to seeing what he does and everything, but I’m in denial about Eli leaving and I’m going to live in denial.’’  Harrison Eisen, equipment room assistant, 25-year-old diagnosed as bipolar and on the autism spectrum:  “Met him his rookie year in Albany, my dad introduced me to him and he started joking around with me from the start, since day one. I was 10 years old. He’s the nicest guy I’ve ever been around. He’s fun to hang out with. He does a lot for me, as much as I do a lot for him. He likes to joke around a lot with me. Nobody knows the Eli that I know. I do a lot for him. I do his shoulder pads, pull his jersey up. I do favors for him, I catch his football sometimes, help him out pregame with some things.  “He really is my BFF here. He’s been fantastic, like really fantastic. He’s been there for me, I’ve been there for him through hard times. When I’m down in the dumps he’s the one who makes me laugh. Just his humor. He’s just a funny guy. A lot shocks me, what he says. Funny. It’s locker room stuff. You know, he gives me a little ‘bird’ when I wave to him in the weight room. Says some inappropriate comments, calls me some inappropriate names and
