I've made a lot of chest exercise and chest workout videos on this channel and I've probably showed you over 30 different chest exercises for every section of your chest. Lower chest, outer chest, inner chest, upper chest - you name it, I've covered a video on it. Today I want to simplify chest training and share with you my 3 favorite chest exercises for mass. I believe that I've got about 70% of my chest training results from these 3 exercises. If you are a newbie you should definitely focus on these 3 lifts and aim to improve your strength on all 3. The first chest exercise that you need is the DB bench press. This is a great lift for the mid and lower pecs and was the top rated chest activator. The second chest exercise you need is weighted dips - which are great for hitting the lower chest. The third and final chest exercise is the barbell incline, for hitting the upper chest.
