In this January 2020 talk to members in Lima Peru, Elder Holland teaches that some questions about individuals lives are personal and no leaders - local or general - should have their opinion weigh in on them. Members shoiuld not ask these men for direction on such matters and instead should keep the process of making such decisions between themselves and the Lord.
