WATCH: Trump does not shake Pelosi’s hand before State of the Union | 2020 State of the Union

After handing over a copy of his speech, President Donald Trump did not shake House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s outstretched hand ahead of his 2020 State of the Union address on Feb. 4. Trump’s annual speech came the day before he is expected to be acquitted of articles of impeachment in the Senate and a day after voting in the 2020 presidential nomination process kicked off in Iowa.
