Do NOT Sensationalise D.I.D. :: Dissociative Identity Disorder isn't a TREND

Do NOT Sensationalise D.I.D. :: Dissociative Identity Disorder isn't a TREND D.I.D. isn't something people want to have. It's not something that should be casually thrown around. It's not just about having alters. It's not for fun. It's not cute. It's a nightmare. It's caused from childhood Trauma. It can be debilitating. Yes, folks with D.I.D. can live fulfilling lives, and systems can learn to communicate... but it's a STRUGGLE.

Recently there's been a video released by someone spreading misinformation. This is SO harmful for not just the D.I.D. community. It's not my place to say if someone is faking or not. So I don't mention names in this video... but the message still stands.... D.I.D. is NOT to be sensationalised, and advocates are NOT to be harassed by people who don't know what they're talking about....

On this channel, we try to show as honest a look into our life with D.I.D. as possible. We try to educate ourselves to we can make informed speculations on our disorder. We try to strive for cooperation and communication, but we won't minimise the struggle.
For actual information on D.I.D., there are many channels (aside from ours) out there that contribute to ending the stigma with ACTUAL education and experiences.... DissociaDID, Multiplicity & Me, Entropy System, Frgmntd Psyche, Acrylic and Aether, Labyrinth System, Bobo & Co, Long Soul System, Casheel System to name a few...
