Reinventing ourselves throughout our lives | Daniel A. Levy | TEDxSavyon Steady growth in human life expectancy and constantly changing technologies challenge us to find new ways to have rich and meaningful lives. Cognitive neuroscientist Prof. Daniel A. Levy draws on research insights into memory and cognition across the lifespan to show how older adults can reinvent themselves to maintain their vital longevity. Daniel A. His research strives to decipher the secrets of human memory and the effects of ageing on memory and attention. He works both in basic science and in the development of effective methods for therapy, education and training. Prof. Levy, originally from New York, immigrated to Jerusalem in 1980, where he worked in education and educational tourism before studying psychology and neuroscience.

He received his PhD from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, was a research fellow at the University of California, San Diego, and served as a scientific advisor at the Weizmann Institute of Science.
