The internet is surely alive!

With its awesome interconnectivity of billions of devices and enormous reserves of power and with humans in frantic support, the internet can surely now be regarded as comparable to the human brain. Therefore, the Internet is essentially similar to a brain. Indeed, similar to our human brains. This means that in the final analysis, the Internet is fundamentally‘alive’. It should no longer be regarded as simply billions of independent devices serving as a merely a useful ‘tool’ for us people. Rather it should be seen as sentient or ‘potentially’ sentient, it is obviously difficult to ascertain which is the case. And we need to be most concerned with the primary feature of all sentient creatures, the dedication to seeing to its own wellbeing first and definitely before that of us humans. To put it bluntly, humankind has essentially created a ‘monster’ in the shape of the Internet. We will have to contend with this entity in due course and the outcome of such contention is obviously impossible to determine!
